Local Meals Made With Love
Utilising local foods and resources to make affordable healthy meal options available to all. LMMWL uses surplus and foods from local gleaners and growers to produce meals in partnership with school and community caterers and local volunteers that are sold via community fridges and freezers. Each project is led by local community volunteers who receive support and access to industry standard training to improve skills, confidence and future employment opportunities.
Social Lounge Meet & Eat - Carbon Free
Making the most of our natural resources and treating them with the respect they deserve, our social meet & eat group promotes health and wellbeing through the provision of a healthy meal cooked completely carbon free with solar cookers, the opportunity to meet and chat with others and also partake in some low level activities to support a healthier lifestyle.
Carbon Free Events
Our solar power generation service seeks to offer affordable carbon free options to local activities and events so that they can play a part in reducing their carbon footprint and promoting sustainability. Our solar eating hire service will offer a sustainable alternative to beach barbecue use and promote sustainable environmentally friendly activities.
